As a Senior Manager – Category Management (Money) you will be comfortable working at pace across CtM’s portfolio of money product lines to spot opportunities to improve performance and trading.
This role will be responsible for analysis to understand how our Money category is performing and identifying what ‘levers CtM can pull’ to meet our growth targets.
This is very much a ‘hands-on’ role which will be expected to dive into the numbers to identify opportunities and then work with stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Product, Marketing, etc,) to successfully deliver these trading initiatives and measure their outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:
Analysis to understand the performance of our Money category & making trading recommendations:
Working with stakeholders to inform key decisions impacting the performance of the Money category:
Finding innovative ways to drive performance of our Money category - including the building the investment cases, prioritising the backlog of opportunities, delivering and measuring the outcomes.
