Description

We are seeking a senior-level business development leader (CEO designate) to expand our B2B training and consultancy offerings. This role blends strategic sales, client relationship management, and technical understanding of trade compliance and logistics.
You will drive new business acquisition, manage and grow client accounts, and work closely with our technical, operations, and support teams to deliver value-driven services and creative solutions. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients across trade, logistics, supply chain, and compliance sectors
  • Actively prospect and convert new leads (30%), using target lists, referrals, and cold calling
  • Conduct Zoom consultations, discovery sessions, and client presentations
  • Diagnose client challenges and provide appropriate training/consultancy solutions
  • Participate in and lead RFQs and tender submissions
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and internal teams to deliver customized programs
  • Monitor client campaigns, analyse trends, and proactively suggest improvements
  • Support product promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to overall growth strategy, KPIs, and company
