This role is a hybrid work arrangement. Work schedule to be discussed with the hiring Manager according to the guidelines defined by the department.
Your role
Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance (Media Solutions and Finance Transformation) you will be an expert in mobilizing the change management activities in support of our ERP implementation and finance vision. This individual will play an active role in building the mindset for the future of finance as we anticipate significant cultural and potentially structural changes following the implementation of our ERP system estimated to go live in April 2026. This role must possess strong relationship and change management skills, as they will be engaging with all levels from the end users of the new system to the Business Process Owners (Executive Directors) who will need guidance and support before and during implementation.
This role prepares and presents timely presentations, communications, organizes and leads large meetings centered around improving all engagement (inclusive of end users, Senior Leadership and T&I for technical). This role identifies gaps and provides recommendations to mitigate risk during system implementation and in accordance with the overall Finance Transformation vision. This role will be a critical resource for the Senior Finance Leadership (SLT) team as they will be required to collaborate with the leaders and their teams leading into go live. Following implementation, this role will support the Finance function on organizational activities post implementation, including but not limited to, recruitment and assessing development needs for the future of Finance. This role is a critical resource for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The Senior Manager will act as the primary point of contact, leading the SLT and their respective teams, embarking on the Go Live for the ERP.
This is a contract position until June 30, 2026. This position is ideally located in Montreal or Toronto, however Ottawa will also be considered.
