As part of Westpac Private Wealth’s multi‑year transformation program, you'll play a key role in driving and supporting change initiatives that uplift the experience for both our people and our high‑net‑worth clients. Working closely with Private Wealth, Project, Change & Integration, and Technology teams, you’ll help integrate strategic change across the Line of Business to enable the successful delivery of new service offerings. In this role, you’ll coordinate stakeholders, align business objectives to enterprise goals, and support end‑to‑end change planning and execution. Your background in Private Wealth, investments, client experience or investment products will help you add immediate value within this expanding and evolving part of the business. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract must be based in Sydney. What do I need? Exceptional communication & content skills – confident in developing high‑quality materials such as stakeholder updates, presentations, briefs, guides, and change communications. Strong change execution capability – experienced in impact assessments, training needs analysis, readiness planning, adoption monitoring, and stakeholder management. Digitally savvy & AI‑literate – able to leverage digital tools and emerging AI to enhance change delivery and communication. Content & knowledge management ownership – comfortable managing Confluence spaces and project mailboxes to ensure accurate, consistent, and accessible content. Strong stakeholder engagement – builds positive relationships across business, operations, technology, and risk, encouraging understanding and confidence in new ways of working. Transformation delivery experience – background in business analysis or transformation projects, translating complex technical or operational detail into clear, engaging change narratives.
