What you’ll do: The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business thro ND and channel partner , drive partner relationships, key account negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals. "1. Achieve Channel sales target for the territory for UPS systems upto 20kva 2. Responsible for empanelment of our full DPQ solutions 3. Identify and appoint Franchisee Partners / Integrators for the identified products. 4. Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory. 5. Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team. 6. Close planning of ND stocks liquidation and sales 7. Provide technical support to partners / customers on products and applications. 8. Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments. 9. Ensure highest levels of Partner/Customer satisfaction. 10. Work closely with business development team, SI and PAPP Partner. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Technology with MBA is highly desirable Minimum of 10 – 15 years field sales experience, specially on Distribution business. Skills: Requires product application knowledge for single phase and three phase UPS sales, Digital solutions, MDC and smart solutions. Solid negotiation skills and market intelligence, Dynamic, Enterprising. Extensive Travelling Required within region.
