Job Description In your new role you will: Lead and manage a team of engineers Partner/collaborate with project managers, technical leads and resource managers On-time project execution and delivering results in SoC verification, sign-off, focusing on IO and Interconnect Subsystem and SoC Verification, Functional Safety Verification and Functional Test patterns Building up and developing competencies and methodologies in the various aspects of SoC Verification and Pattern Development Collaborate in a multi-cultural environment with worldwide R&D interfaces: application and concept engineering, methodology, design and subsystem / IP verification teams, software development and product/test engineering. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Master / Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with at least 10 years of semiconductor design / verification experience Solid technical background in microcontroller SoC Verification and Pattern Development Good understanding in simulation and emulation Track record in managing and leading team (around 10) and external consultants. Dynamic and energetic with zero verification escape mindset and delivering results on time and in quality Proven ability to achieve results in a very dynamic and multi-site environment Highly motivated with ability to prioritize and perform under pressure Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in automotive industry in functional safety and cybersecurity advantageous Experience in project management or technical leadership is a plus.
