Job Description As a Manager you will be leading the delivery and execution of Visa Consulting and Analytics engagements for clients in SMT. In this role, you are expected to: Cultivate relationship with Visa’s clients and partners - Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants & Fintech firms, by being strategically focused, optimize client performance and implement recommendations in areas of customer life cycle management, and new product development and launches. Have oversight, project management responsibility, and a deeper level of involvement in the major long term strategic engagements. Drive client conversations with the client working team, execute and embed our solutions within the client’s environment. Building content and engagement delivery involves strong project management skills. Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions. Develop propositions by closely working with Account Executives in managing the scope of work and project timelines Work across advisory practices (Risk, Digital, Portfolio Optimization, Merchants) to execute engagements across the VCA verticals. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications We are looking to hire candidates that have already accumulated a variety of experience, you will be curious about the payments industry, results-driven and client-centric. As a candidate you should have: 9+ years working experience Experience in business management Strong Digital know-how and experience Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with excellent project management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong project management skills Strong internal team and external client stakeholder management with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization Strong people management skills and leadership qualities Strong presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently Experience in and passion for the power of analytics and a tenacity to implement Experience in working on business value cases that prove ROI Solutions-focused mindset and resourceful Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
