YOU MUST MEET THESE CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:



    • 6+ years of experience in business development, client partnerships, or customer success management

    • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
    • Experience leading international teams and managing senior-level professionals.
    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • A strategic and results-driven mindset, with the ability to execute and deliver measurable impact.
    • Fluency in Italian and English
    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Senior Manager of Client Development to lead and execute the partnership strategy for TheFork Gift Cards. This role will focus on driving sustainable revenue growth by developing high-value partnerships with large accounts and expanding direct sales channels (B2C). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, adept at managing international teams and negotiating at C-Level. You will also:

    • Define and execute a strategic business development plan to scale the Gift Cards business through partnerships and direct sales.Develop and prioritise a structured framework to manage, optimise, and expand the portfolio of partners, maximising both short- and long-term value.
    • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with C-Level stakeholders across multiple industries.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners to unlock new revenue opportunities and drive ongoing success.Lead and grow an international team of New Business Developers across Spain, Italy, and France, while exploring potential opportunities in new markets.
    • Equip the team with the right tools, resources, and training to enhance performance, increase conversion rates, and ensure continuous development.
    • Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure success, optimise team effectiveness, and refine partnership strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align business goals and drive results.
