About this role and Responsibilities: This position demands an experienced cloud leader who demonstrates expertise in business strategy, contemporary cloud architectures, and practical technical skills, while also guiding teams and effectively engaging with both internal stakeholders and client executives. Leadership in Cloud Architecture and Engineering Provide strategic leadership at the intersection of cloud architecture, engineering, and client engagement, shaping the evolution of enterprise cloud solutions and best practices. Architect, design, and govern robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. · Manage and optimize Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE) and container environments. Lead client advisory initiatives, guiding stakeholders through cloud adoption, modernization, and transformation programs while fostering strong and trusted relationships. Offer expert technical advice on computing, storage solutions, networking, security, identity management, data services, and DevOps tools. Client Engagement · Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders by guiding them in formulating and implementing comprehensive cloud strategies and operating models. · Evaluate current environments, develop modernization roadmaps, and provide oversight for cloud migration initiatives. · Lead the development of proposals, solutions, statements of work, and client presentations. · Clearly and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. · Identify and prioritize client use cases, translating business requirements into architectural frameworks and actionable execution plans. Practice Giveback, People and Thought Leadership Mentor and coach multidisciplinary teams, nurturing cloud engineering talent and promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Advance practice development by contributing to the creation of new cloud service offerings, frameworks, and methodologies, and driving cloud innovation across the organization. Requirements Extensive hands-on experience in cloud architecture and engineering, with deep technical proficiency in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Proven expertise with Kubernetes, containerization, and management of large-scale, distributed systems. Strong background in infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and DevOps practices that enable automated, secure, and resilient cloud environments. Comprehensive, hands-on expertise in cloud architecture and engineering, demonstrating advanced technical skills with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, cost optimization, and governance frameworks. Significant, practical expertise in designing and building cloud solutions, demonstrating advanced technical skills across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Demonstrated success leading modernization and cloud migration programs, with a solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance. Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment patterns. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage clients, influence technical direction, and resolve complex challenges. Education Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
