SUMMARY

We are hiring a Senior Manager of CloudOps to lead our North America operations team. This leader will bring deep technical skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and operational rigor. You will ensure the reliability and performance of our cloud services while building a highly capable team that lifts heavy, grows continuously, and delivers consistently.

• Lead the North America CloudOps team, coach, grow, and inspire excellence while keeping turnover at near-zero rate.
• Own service reliability, availability, and operational excellence KPIs.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with R&D on new features, bug resolution, and reliability improvements, while driving quick resolution and closing loops independently.
• Advance automation, observability, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Build a culture of ownership, rigor, and accountability, with a focus on results and growth.
• Constantly seek opportunities to integrate AI into tooling and processes.
• Balance process discipline with agility to adapt in dynamic situations.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and systems operations to ensure high reliability and performance.
