JOB DESCRIPTION:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Commercial & FRM Operations, CARVYKTI.
This is a remote role available in all states within the United States. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application. We invite candidates from any location to apply. POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Manager, Commercial & FRM Operations will lead and support two critical CARVYKTI field teams: Field Reimbursement Managers and Cell Therapy Experience Leads. This role is vital for maximizing the productivity of these teams to achieve organizational goals and ensure optimal business results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device Industry is required
  • Experience in field operations supporting reimbursement specialists or therapy leads is a strong plus
  • Experience in market research or analytics, marketing or sales leadership is a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven capability to engage and influence senior leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong proficiency in collaboration
  • Familiarity with patient and provider healthcare reimbursement processes is desired
  • Ability to travel as necessary (up to 30% of the time).
