Description
Provide leadership for Commercial Media, primarily U.S. with some global oversight, reporting to the Global Head of Media. Lead the Commercial Media relationship with Ford's agency partners Build senior level relationships with Global media partners, e.g. Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, etc Optimize the ad tech stack implementing first party data in order to target small, medium, enterprise businesses and special interest audiences to grow the Ford Pro Brand, build Direct Customer Relationships and drive software/service signups Work with the Integrated Marketing Team & Communications (PR) Team to build integrated content strategy and key audience outreach, SEO and backlinks to build stronger presence for Ford Pro. Work with Global Data Insights & Analytics Teams to structure primary data for the use of audience creation for media targeting, lookalike models Develop test/learn methodologies in order to optimize creative message development, media efficiency Create and implement structures and processes which improve the efficiency and functionality of the media process working closely with the Consumer Media Lead Oversee the development of media best practices that are shared with Global teams Work with the agency and GDIA to establish rigorous media analytics by platform to ensure ROI on the media investment Maintain tracking on competitive and new media intelligence Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data & Analytics or related field 10+ years of relevant experience in media and performance marketing either client or agency side or in related companies such as technology, data & analytics 10+ years of experience leading teams Prior experience developing strategy, go-to-market plans, data & analytics and measurement efforts to drive marketing success Experience working on global brand, with marketing and media expertise across U.S./North America Deep experience with business to business marketing, particularly in large, matrixed organizations Experience working with media measurement models of all types, CPA, CPC, MTA, MMM and building to a business outcome: lead generation models, traffic, sales, etc. In-depth knowledge of integrated media planning/buying processes particularly in the Auto category due to the complexity of Tier 1, 2 and 3 processes and the need to de-duplicate with the Consumer/Retail team. Experience implementing media planning processes cross-functional teams and global environments Thrives in a fast-paced setting, managing a large diverse team across multiple projects and skill teams Proven track record of successfully influencing and evolving complex projects Flexibility and adaptability, willing to walk away from an idea or work when it becomes clear it is not a good investment of resources or time Thorough understanding of brand differentiators and ability to deliver experiences that ladder up to overall brand position For more information on salary and benefits, click here: https://fordcareers.co/LL5SP1 Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
