As part of the Global Commercial Development organisation, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, product development, and commercial execution, partnering with Global Product & Marketing Development, Market Groups and BUs, and Channel teams to ensure our portfolio delivers on both commercial impact and consumer magic. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and commercial problem-solver, someone who can connect insights to action and help us think ahead. We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home. Core Responsibilities Deliver a portfolio that meets the needs of our Markets and Channels - Lead collaboration across Market Groups, Product, and Marketing teams to shape a global portfolio that optimises shopper, retailer, and channel outcomes, ensuring alignment with our commercial growth objectives. Lead Portfolio Differentiation & Exclusives Strategy - Orchestrate and co-develop the global portfolio differentiation agenda (e.g., exclusives and channel-specific assortments), defining principles, frameworks, and deployment guidelines across regions and channels. Champion Market-Driven Insights & Prioritisation - Act as the voice of markets and channels in global portfolio decisions, integrating their input, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring commercial realities inform portfolio development. Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making & Scenario Modelling - Evaluate portfolio performance using key metrics (SKU productivity, consumer sales, etc.), model potential scenarios and trade-offs, and deliver actionable insights to shape the strategic focus areas. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Excellence - Partner closely with the Digital Product teams to drive processes that help embed our tools, with a focus on continuous improvement and scaling best-in-class portfolio execution globally Do you have what it takes Demonstrated experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods companies coupled with experience in top-tier Management Consulting roles supporting commercial or portfolio strategy topics. Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset - Skilled at turning complex data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations. Strategic and Commercial Acumen - Strong experience shaping portfolio or commercial strategies in global or regional roles. Structured Problem-Solving and Execution - Strong process management skills, able to plan, prioritise, and deliver in a fast-paced, global setting. Collaboration and Influence - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, align, and influence senior leaders across markets and functions.
