Description

The Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Operations oversees a large portfolio within our U.S. Juice business, shaping and executing commercial strategies rooted in consumer insights, category trends, and customer dynamics. This role requires a deep understanding of the U.S. beverage market and the ability to navigate complex commercial operations to drive sustained growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in commercial strategy/operations, sales, brand marketing, or category management.
  • Proven track record creating and executing successful CPG commercial strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Pay Range:$116,500 - $145,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies that address consumer/shopper needs, category growth, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead commercialization of new innovations, ensuring successful market launches and adoption.
  • Define and deploy AMPS (Availability, Merchandising, Pricing, Space) strategies to maximize product presence and performance across channels and accounts.
  • Partner with brand teams to ensure strategies align with market realities and customer expectations.
  • Serve as liaison between brand, channel strategy, and supply chain, balancing priorities to strengthen category growth.
  • Conduct order-of-entry and SKU productivity analyses to optimize portfolio performance for both the company and customers.
  • Leverage market insights to forecast trends, identify growth opportunities, and anticipate competitive moves.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and category management for a unified approach to business objectives.
  • Partner with Channel & Customer Strategy to embed category strategies into channel and customer plans.
