We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to plan and produce both internal and occasional external messaging in support of our Global Finance, Procurement, and Business Services teams. Being part of the global Communications team and reporting to the Senior Director BP Communications, CFO-Area, the purpose of this position is to develop and provide communication planning, content, and resources for both the CFO-Area and Fresenius Medical Care employees.

Your assignment:

• Coordinate, write, edit, design, manage, and publish content across various channels (intranet, email, etc.). This includes email campaigns, internet articles, organizational announcements, success stories, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
• Collaborate with CFO-Area leadership team members and key subject matter experts on all aspects of CFO-Area communication initiatives
• Work with Global Communications colleagues to develop communication strategies for Communications projects and campaigns
• Execute communication plan items for internal CFO-Area initiatives, projects and support operations
• Manage CFO-Area intranet pages including both team specific information and all employee resources
• Support CFO and CFO-Area Town Hall meetings and support Global Communications events
• Partner with colleagues across Global Communications on complex projects (video production, campaigns, digital marketing, creative studio, regional communications, etc.)
• Utilize analytics and metrics to assess engagement and success within a cycle of continuous improvement
• Provide secondary support for the communications for the CFO

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Communications Lead role, preferably for a healthcare or finance company
• Exceptional communication (oral and written), interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills are required
• Ability to work with cross-functional, geographically, and culturally diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to present, explain and simplify complex topics, problems, and alternative solutions to others
• Experience planning, developing, and executing communications within a strategic project framework
• Experience planning and developing internal campaigns for financial services with an understanding of financial terminology and concepts
• Fluency in speaking and writing in German and English
