Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and message across all channels, including integration of global communications into U.S.-focused messaging. Design and implement a 12-month culture-building calendar that brings the CGBO's leadership vision to life through programs, rituals, and storytelling. Establish intentional measurement strategies to gauge engagement and cultural impact, setting the foundation for year-over-year improvement. Facilitate & author key cultural moments such as offsites, town halls, and recognition programs that foster connection and belonging. Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence without authority.
