THE ROLE
Fantastic opportunity to join our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team! As a Senior Manager you will manage 1 direct report and work closely with the Head of ESG to ensure that our organisation continues to drive sustainable and socially responsible practices and initiatives.
This role supports our people to engage and create positive impact in our communities. It includes nurturing great community partnerships, with excellent capacity for networking and engagement to drive employee awareness and participation in volunteering opportunities and giving. You will be responsible for driving and delivering positive community impact through key areas of responsibility to further Insignia Financials ambition to create financial wellbeing for every Australian.
As a Senior Manager you will develop, implement, evaluate and report on the Insignia Financial social impact strategy - aligned to Insignia Financials ambition, purpose, and broader ESG strategy.
This role has many varied tasks from facilitating RAP Working groups, driving fundraising activities, developing agendas and presentations to the IOOF Foundation Board, no day will be the same.
