This pivotal role involves managing and refining our total rewards strategies and participating in core compensation processes.

Responsibilities

Core Compensation & Benefits Processes:

  • Lead key compensation processes, including the annual compensation review cycle and bonus plan administration, ensuring consistency and alignment with company policies.
  • Manage salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures across regions.
  • Support the refinement and execution of global and local benefits programs, balancing employee needs with cost-effectiveness.
  • Contribute to compensation localization strategies, including setting up salary structures and benefits packages in new geographies.
  • Keep up to date with global Compensation and Benefits trends, tax laws, and market best practices, advising leadership on key developments

Employee Equity (VSOP) Program Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end administration of our employee equity program (VSOP)
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting, payroll integration, and regulatory compliance in different markets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing clear communication and education on VSOPs to enhance understanding and engagement
