Description

As a Senior Manager of Compensation and HR Analytics, you will develop, implement, and manage compensation and HR analytics program strategy and execution for our client, a publicly traded company. You will ensure pay practices are digestible and effective while creating analytics and insights that support our talent strategy. Our client is growing, and you have an opportunity to join a strong HR Team with a strong culture of teamwork, new ideas and positively impacting the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of progressively more responsibility managing compensation programs
  • Publicly traded, multi-location and hourly workforce experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (CCP Certification a plus)
  • Experience with compensation design and analysis, with advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated strong financial, data analysis, problem solving and storytelling skills
  • Experience with relevant compensation, financial and compensation related regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully with all management levels
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-project management skills
  • Workday or other strong HRIS systems knowledge
  • Knowledge of HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Merit Planning, Goal Setting)
  • High degree of initiative, curiosity, very hands on, flexible and customer centric
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
