The Senior Manager will support the business by providing compliance expertise across ANZ with a primary focus on Institutional and Commercial material transactions and other information barriers within ANZ as required. Independently design and implement automated regulatory compliance controls and stakeholder reporting. Support the Non Financial Risk framework, including conflicts of interest policies and procedures. Business Owner for the conflict of interest management technology solution, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and business requirements. Coach junior team members, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement What will you bring? The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are: Previous experience in an Institutional and Corporate Banking Control Room function. Strong knowledge of corporate finance and markets products. Demonstrated success of implementing conflict management technology solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Reporting analysis and data insights Managing regulatory change, including strong knowledge of RG181. Fixed Income Research review and approval, including knowledge of RG264. So why join us?
