Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Construction to lead the safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of construction projects across the UAE. This role is the ultimate site authority, responsible for translating design intent into built reality through strong contractor management, disciplined execution, and close coordination with Design, Commercial, Procurement, and HSE teams. Key Responsibilities Construction Leadership & Planning Develop and implement construction strategies, programs, and execution plans. Lead planning activities including methodology, phasing, logistics, and temporary works. Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability on site. Contractor & Site Management Manage Main Contractors and nominated subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements. Lead and develop in-house site supervision teams. Chair weekly progress meetings and key site coordination forums. Tender & Procurement Support Provide constructability and methodology input during tender stages. Lead technical evaluation of contractor bids, focusing on execution approach and resourcing. Support contract negotiations to ensure clear risk allocation. Project Execution & Delivery Own and actively manage the construction program, enforcing corrective actions to protect the critical path. Ensure full compliance with UAE permits, NOCs, and authority requirements (DM, DDA, Civil Defence, RTA, DEWA, etc.). Act as the primary site interface with internal stakeholders and external parties. Cost, Quality & HSE Control Review IPCs, variations, and construction cost forecasts. Enforce QA/QC systems, inspections, snagging, and defect closure. Ensure strict adherence to UAE HSE regulations with a zero-incident mindset. Commissioning & Handover Lead testing, commissioning, and handover to authorities, clients, and property management. Ensure timely submission of as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and close-out documentation. Reporting & Stakeholder Management Prepare weekly construction status reports covering progress, cost, quality, safety, and risks. Lead monthly project reviews with senior management. Represent the company in all site-related meetings with contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. 12-15 years’ experience, including 5+ years in a senior construction management role within the UAE real estate development - PMC. Proven delivery of mid- to large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, or hospitality projects. Strong experience with UAE authorities, permits, inspections, and completion processes. Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contractor management. Professional certifications (PMP, RMP) are an advantage. Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and communication skills
