Key Accountabilities Lead the Construction Audit Framework aligned with PMO governance and industry best practice Develop and execute risk-based audit plans across live construction projects Audit construction methodologies, work practices, supervision effectiveness, and management discipline Assess construction leadership and subcontractor oversight effectiveness Audit adherence to project controls governance (planning, progress measurement, reporting integrity) Identify root causes of rework, inefficiency, and productivity loss; recommend practical improvements Manage and assure external construction audit consultants and specialist reviewers Produce concise, evidence-based reports and drive corrective actions to verified closure Provide portfolio-level trend analysis and improvement recommendations to PMO leadership Align closely with PMO Discipline Leads (Project Controls, Quality, HSE, Commissioning) to avoid duplication and drive improvement Minimum Qualifications Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum Experience 10 years’ of Data Center experience in construction delivery, project management, project controls, or assurance Strong background in construction governance, methodologies, and execution discipline Proven experience conducting or leading construction audits or assurance reviews
