The ideal candidate is a local professional with strong content and client management experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee content strategy and execution across major client accounts. Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle — from ideation and production to publishing and performance tracking. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence. Supervise content teams to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant, and engaging content. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and social teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Oversee timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all projects. Stay ahead of market trends and apply insights to elevate content performance and innovation. Requirements: Based in Riyadh (or able to work on-site full time). Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills. 5–8 years of experience in content management, social media, or creative agencies. Proven track record managing large-scale clients, ideally including governmental or high-profile brands. Strong leadership and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
