Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Content Strategy to lead our storytelling engine and fuel growth across the entire funnel. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated content programs that inspire prospects, enable sales, and drive pipeline impact.
This isn’t a production role — it’s about building and scaling a content function that blends creativity, data, and innovation (including AI). From big-bet campaigns to always-on programs, your work will shape how the market sees Recurly and how prospects engage with us.
You’re a strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset. You know how to turn insights into compelling narratives, manage complex projects across teams, and measure what matters. And you’re not afraid to experiment with new formats, tools, and approaches to stay ahead.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, and experimentation at scale.
  • Own and evolve Recurly’s content strategy across the buyer journey — from awareness to conversion to customer success.
  • Lead content development for campaigns, website, demand gen, and sales enablement — ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, demand gen, design, and sales to align content with business objectives and pipeline goals.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into ongoing optimization, proving content’s impact on growth.
  • Champion storytelling that elevates customer voices, highlights industry trends, and positions Recurly as the category leader.
  • Mentor and guide contributors (internal and external) to ensure quality and alignment with brand voice and strategy.
