* The role delivers information technology solutions to fulfil business and functional requirements. Responsible for managing the SDLC of Change management in Core and Treasury banking from business requirements to technical specifications, delivery, and post implementation maintenance activities. * Responsible for managing the production support & Delivery for the most critical application of the bank. – Core banking and Treasury Systems * Developing and executing the build / support strategy of technology by achieving objectives and goals. Responsibilities include, guiding and mentoring the team and delivering unique service by providing high quality of support. * Accountable for delivery / support and manage Core Banking system and Treasury Systems that can impact the bank with huge financial losses, reputational issues, regulator warnings/penalties and also can incur huge operational losses. * Responsible to lead the Core and Treasury Production Support and Change function at Technology Pakistan within the SLA, schedule, budget and scope parameters, including testing & overseeing the quality and compliance controls throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

The role involves delivering IT solutions for Core and Treasury banking, managing the SDLC of change management, and overseeing production support for critical banking applications. The manager is accountable for ensuring delivery and support within defined parameters to avoid financial and reputational risks.
