Description:
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage Corporate Actions functioning within the securities operations team, ensuring efficient workflows and low operational risk.
- Serve as the go-to person for stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns related to Corporate Actions.
- Drive projects and initiatives, including migrating Corporate Actions functions into Asia and improving cross border collaboration between the HQ and Asia.
- Focus on enhancing client service standards to positively impact client ratings for Operations.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, in Corporate Actions functions. Experience in team management is essential.
- Well-versed in financial products, regulations, and operational risks.
- Experienced with SWIFT message and the end-to-end processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive positive changes through relationship building.
