Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage Corporate Actions functioning within the securities operations team, ensuring efficient workflows and low operational risk.
  • Serve as the go-to person for stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns related to Corporate Actions.
  • Drive projects and initiatives, including migrating Corporate Actions functions into Asia and improving cross border collaboration between the HQ and Asia.
  • Focus on enhancing client service standards to positively impact client ratings for Operations.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, in Corporate Actions functions. Experience in team management is essential.
  • Well-versed in financial products, regulations, and operational risks.
  • Experienced with SWIFT message and the end-to-end processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive positive changes through relationship building.
