Position Overview Are you an experienced strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and spearheading high-impact initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Strategy & M&A to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and delivery of strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and initiatives that propel our business forward. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will shape corporate and business unit strategies, execute M&A transactions, and enhance operational and customer delivery outcomes.

  • Background in investment banking, management consulting, or similar advisory roles.
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and corporate strategy development.
  • Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex business problems.
