The Senior Manager, Corporate Development role and how you will make an impact:

  • This individual contributor role will partner with senior business leaders on strategy development, including identifying product gaps, evaluating build/buy/partner options, and collaborating on target selection criteria, with an emphasis on deal execution.
  • Manage driving the overall corporate development pipeline, including sourcing new opportunities and managing and evaluating inbound opportunities.
  • Manage M&A transactions through execution, negotiation, and due diligence, including financial modeling and valuation
  • Routinely make strategic recommendations and contribute to the team’s thought leadership on inorganic growth
  • Create detailed, sophisticated transaction execution roadmaps and project plans.
  • Work with integration lead to monitor post-acquisition integration planning/execution.
