Position Title. Senior Manager – Corporate Fleet Operations Reports To. Director – Mobility   To lead and govern all aspects of corporate fleet services across the organization’s operational footprint. This includes strategic oversight of asset deployment, service delivery, contractor performance, team leadership and stakeholder engagement—ensuring transport services are safe, efficient, scalable and aligned with organizational priorities.   Key Responsibilities   Strategic Leadership   Set the strategic direction for corporate fleet services in alignment with wider business goals.   Drive service delivery models that balance operational need with financial sustainability.   Provide clear vision and leadership across multiple fleet domains (vehicles, buggies, micro-mobility).   Operational Oversight   Ensure the organization’s transport assets are effectively deployed, monitored and recovered.   Lead the transition and integration of services, including vendor-delivered and in-house operations.   Maintain full visibility across asset utilization, availability and performance.   Governance & Accountability   Establish clear policies, reporting structures and decision-making frameworks.   Ensure service contracts, staffing, and operational standards meet compliance and audit expectations.   Own risk and issue management across all areas of corporate fleet.   Team Leadership   Lead a cross-regional team, setting clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations.   Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and service orientation.   Develop future talent and succession within the fleet function.   Stakeholder Engagement   Act as the primary interface between Mobility and all departments requiring transport support.   Maintain senior-level engagement with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders.   Represent corporate fleet in executive forums, reviews and governance boards.   Commercial & Financial Management   Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of fleet operations.   Ensure services are delivered within approved financial envelopes and seek efficiencies where possible.   Support procurement and commercial teams in contract reviews and supplier negotiations.   Future Planning   Anticipate future demand and align fleet capabilities accordingly.   Contribute to long-term strategies including sustainability, electrification and digital transformation.   Lead or contribute to major initiatives such as service expansion, asset refresh or insourcing.   Profile Requirements   Proven track record in leading large-scale fleet or mobility operations.   Strategic thinker with strong operational execution.   Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage senior stakeholders.   Commercially astute with strong governance and planning capabilities.
