Description
asks:
Central point of contact within the HARTMANN GROUP as well as for insurers and brokers for national and international insurance management and the entire insurance portfolio
Representation of the HARTMANN GROUP's interests in claims settlement
Advising internal stakeholders on the selection of suitable insurance services and solutions
Planning and accounting of insurance costs and cost control for all group companies
Support for foreign subsidiaries with additional local insurance needs
Responsibility for market analyses, tenders and purchases of national and international insurance programs.
Further development and optimization of the group-wide insurance portfolio
Leadership and development of a small team
Skills :
Successfully completed university studies with a background in business administration, law or a comparable field.
Successful completion of the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) proficiency examination or equivalent professional qualification according to §34d para. 1 GewO (German Trade Regulation Act), or alternatively, the willingness to acquire this qualification in the short term.
Several years of professional experience in the field of industrial insurance (main focus on property, compulsory and liability insurance)
Extensive knowledge of insurance programs, contracts and their design options for corporations
Excellent business management skills and a high level of process understanding
Methodological knowledge, e.g. in negotiation and conversation techniques and excellent stakeholder management
Experience in leading and developing employees
Solid IT skills (SAP and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel
Fluent English and German skills
