EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

• Minimum B.S. degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related Sciences
• Minimum 5+ years related experience (Quality, Supply Chain, Food Safety &/or R&D)

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of RD, Quality and Supply Chain processes, organizational dynamics and quality culture
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and executive presence, capable with interfacing with senior leaders and technical staff.
• High analytical, with strong attention to detail and bias for action.
• Highly proficient computer (MS Office) and Communication skills (Verbal and Written) are required
• Travel requirements: Approximately 20% - 30% travel may be required for key project needs
