Description
The Job Brand & Communications Strategy * Manage brand to ensure alignment with the vision, mission, core values and corporate brand guidelines * Lead the team in reviewing, updating and producing marketing and corporate collaterals * Plan and execute publicity campaigns through social and mainstream media * Evaluate sponsorship and donation requests, and propose the corporate response * Develop and publicize thought leadership articles both within Jurong Port and in collaboration with other external stakeholders.  Employee Communications & Engagement Efforts * Lead and manage the content strategy for staff communication channels and collaterals * Coordinate the mass dissemination of key corporate messages from SLT to staff Corporate relation and events * Understand corporate event requirements, available resources and expectations, while leading and managing all pre-event, onsite and post-event activities. * Evaluate the strategic value of visit requests and recommend Jurong Port’s response. Lead and manage visit requests approved by CRC. Reputation Management * Lead media management requirements * Lead the engagement of media and trade publications to reinforce the media network * Lead crisis communications exercises * Facilitate press conferences for SLT spokesperson * Lead and manage media monitoring Corporate Social Responsibility * Develop and implement high-level strategies to advance JP’s CSR mission and objectives * Provide visionary leadership to motivate and inspire the CSR Committee in achieving its goals * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the social impact space.  * Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with community partners and key stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives The Requirements * Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Public Relations or Mass Communication with 7-10 years in corporate communications role. * Maritime, logistics or shipping background may be an advantage. * Strong communication skills, Energetic and positive * Systematic and able to work under time constraint to meet deadlines
