As our in-house Creative Senior Manager, you lead the development and execution of visual brand identity, creative strategy, and campaign concepts across a dynamic portfolio of cannabis brands. You bring a strong strategic mindset, deep curiosity, and a natural ability to generate creative ideas that solve brand opportunities and connect authentically with consumers. You combine expert-level design skills with innovative thinking to shape compelling visual storytelling across packaging, campaigns, digital, and trade channels. In this role, you manage and inspire a team of designers and content creators, translating marketing objectives into cohesive, forward-thinking creative work that elevates each brand while remaining compliant with cannabis industry regulations. You champion creative excellence, ensure brand consistency, and foster cross-functional collaboration to bring innovative, consumer-centered ideas to life at every touchpoint.
