JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing is a strategic and technical leader responsible for architecting and scaling personalized, data-driven customer lifecycle programs across email, SMS, direct mail, and owned channels. This role will own the full CRM marketing tech stack—defining requirements, leading integrations, and collaborating on platform architecture to unlock targeted, measurable, and automated communications. They will serve as a cross-functional product owner for lifecycle marketing, working at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology to drive revenue, retention, and operational efficiency across Rentokil-Terminix North America.
The leader recruits, trains, and manages a high-performing team, establishes best practices for leveraging data and analytics, and explores advanced technologies like AI, machine learning, and automation to enhance personalization and efficiency. Staying informed on privacy regulations and emerging trends, this role ensures compliance while driving creative and inclusive marketing efforts.
