Be close enough to help the team deliver the highest quality presentations and demonstrations focused on relevance and value based on what we know about the customers challenges and business. Storytelling is key. Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals. Support the team to prioritise their workload and efforts for sales opportunities and best practice collaboration with colleagues. Ensure continuous and regular feedback to the team members through direct observation, peer and sales feedback. Work with Customer Workflow and regional sales managers to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts. Collaborate closely with Field SC Managers on priorities and alignment on efforts and investments. Jointly drive marketing and partner strategy and execution for Customer Workflow business and demand generation in assigned territories also leveraging teams skills and expertise Support collaboration and innovation engagements with Customer Workflow product organisation to feedback customer insights for future product developments. Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential SC candidates to meet future business demands Manage day-to-day activities such as resource alignment, effective utilization of skills, administrative tasks and reporting. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS environment ideally with some background related to improving customer experiences (CcaaS, CRM, CX, Process automation) Experience in presales roles and with managing presales teams (3+ years management experience) Bonus if experience is within a specialist presales team. Understanding and practice in coaching, mentoring and performance management of individual contributors with a people first approach A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants Ability to self-motivate and good communication skills Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling Fluency in English Able to work from our office in Staines and London periodically, regional travel Not sure if you meet every qualification?
