Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for selling tray pack fresh chicken products, increasing market share, delighting our customer by being an example of the Tyson Customer Commitment, working to ensure the profitability of the division, support customers with pertinent category analysis, consumer insights and market information while establishing and maintaining favorable relationships with the key customers that benefit the customer and Tyson Foods.
These responsibilities include but are not limited to: achieving sales volume and financial objectives; developing and maintaining strong and effective customer relationships; guide the customer request for proposal (RFP) process, negotiate long term contracts and short term spot supply programs/deals that align the customer and Tyson Foods strategies; being a champion for upholding, growing and stewarding Tyson culture and our core values; providing effective, timely, and concise communication throughout the internal and external organization as it pertains to the Tyson Foods business at our customers.
This position is responsible for building category growth with customers by achieving distribution objectives; forecasting regular business demand and feature activity; developing the promotional strategies that deliver efficient and effective spending; work closely with the Business Operations teams to ensure business development is aligned with product demands for the retailers.
