MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a Master of Science degree in Marketing Research, Information Technology, or a directly related field of study, plus the following experience:
  • 9 years of progressively responsible and related combined experience in Google, Adobe Analytics, Hot Jar, and SEO for a large global organization ($5B+ in revenue);
  • 9 years of experience developing data visualization with one or more of the following visual Business Intelligence (BI) tools: SAP Cloud (SAC), Power Business Intelligence (BI), or Tableau;
  • 9 years of experience in SQL;
  • 9 years of combined experience in understanding and applying Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) concepts;
  • 9 years of experience in SAP landscape (for example: SAP BW, HANA Modeling);
  • 9 years of combined experience in managing and delivering Business Intelligence (BI)/Web Analytics projects;
  • 9 years of experience applying analytics skills with predictive modeling;
  • 9 years of experience managing global projects; and
  • 5 years of experience with at least 2 of the following public cloud technologies: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience may be gained concurrently.
  • Work from home available. Must reside within commuting distance from employer’s Kennesaw, GA office.
  • Requires approximately 25% travel to other domestic company worksite locations.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the team responsible for digital web analytics and customer experience.
  • Develop strategy around digital web analytics and customer experience.
  • Work with subject matter experts across to improve overall strategic and operational performance.
  • Create analytics culture to help drive data driven strategic decision making in the organization.
  • Create global data models and stories and help local BU teams in digital analytics.
  • Develop and provide training on analytics solutions to support the business strategies.
  • Problem solve by identifying, addressing, and resolving data problems in an appropriate manner.
