The Role: Senior Manager, Customer Order and Delivery Experience You will drive projects or programs with the objective to improve overall customer satisfaction on orders and deliveries and develop logistics as a competitive advantage for sales growth. What will you do? Customer Satisfaction on Delivery Monitor Customer Satisfaction KPI and feedback Identify customer pain points and root cause Define and drive corrective action for a long-term solution Coordinate with another team and follow-up diligently Transformation Projects Define and propose a project roadmap in collaboration with management Drive project execution till delivery Influence and convince stakeholders about the transformation Monitor project effectiveness and adoption Lead Yearlong Improvement Programs Lead improvement program across the region Monitor performance and identify key actions Animate action plan and deliver results Embark on other teams in the journey and keep them engaged Communicate progress, results, and plan with the management team Other scopes of work: Identify customer pain points and consequently define and drive corrective actions or projects Define, build, and communicate our supply chain capabilities Ensure reliability of information shared with customers (lead times, other logistic parameters) Work in close collaboration with diverse teams in the organization Use data analytics to justify our actions and decisions Who would be successful? Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business preferably With 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience (supply chain operations + front office experience is welcome) Good understanding of supply chain operations and business acumen Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, SAP or Oracle Experience in project management, strong communication/ presentation skills Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig and Rosario, Cavite Working arrangements: 2x working onsite at BGC Taguig office, another 2x working onsite at Rosario, Cavite office and can do 1x Work from Home What’s in it for me?
