Job Requirements:

  • Managing map of existing commercial processes and development of processes in line with business expectations to create value to the organisation
  • Management of Business Process Owners team responsible for harmonisation and evolution of business processes
  • Representing business stakeholders’ and Commercial Excellence’s team needs in front of IT and Solution Architects and ensuring tools used and built in the organisation meet business needs and deliver measurable value (in particular Commercial Platform/CRM and ERP)
  • Ensuring alignment on targets, monitoring and analysis of process performance metrics, adoption and value generation
  • Ensuring processes, training materials and guidance are documented and provided to the users
  • Managing roll out and development of Commercial Platform/CRM and LeanERP from start to finish to ensure they meet the business needs and create benefits to the organisation; creating overall vision of processes and products within these platforms, managing and prioritising various backlog items.
  • Communicating process changes and benefits to Leadership and users; roll out status and decisions needed to be taken
  • Ensuring efficient flow of requirements from business, Commercial Excellence team to BPOs and IT and alignment with BES where required

Qualifications, Skills / Abilities :

  • Master degree in Business / Marketing related subject
  • Knowledge and vast experience with Salesforce.com and ERP foundations
  • Sharp business acumen with a clear understanding of the commercial processes and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • A high degree of organisation, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Good knowledge of agile processes and principles
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
