Key Accountabilities: * Lead and conduct enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments across systems, applications, and processes. * Develop, maintain, and regularly update the cybersecurity risk register. * Analyze and evaluate identified risks, including likelihood, impact, and overall risk exposure. * Define and recommend appropriate risk treatment plans (mitigation, acceptance, transfer, or avoidance). * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of risk mitigation measures. * Monitor and track the status of identified risks and remediation actions. * Ensure alignment of risk management activities with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. * Support the development and enhancement of cybersecurity risk management frameworks and methodologies. * Prepare and present risk reports and dashboards to senior management and relevant committees. * Provide advisory support on cybersecurity risks for new projects, initiatives, and technology implementations. * Conduct risk-based reviews of third parties and vendors, where applicable. * Promote risk awareness and a strong cybersecurity risk culture across the organization. Academic and professional qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in GRC, Cyber security, and quality assurance.
