POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client, a forward-thinking leader in their field, is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity to drive and elevate their enterprise and industrial control system (ICS) security posture. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology Services & Cybersecurity, you will lead a talented team, design and execute cybersecurity programs aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ensure security strategies support both business objectives and risk appetite. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll combine hands-on expertise with strategic vision to protect mission-critical systems, mitigate threats, and enable secure innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework implementation and management.
  • Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA) security.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH.
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networks, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, ServiceNow), and data protection.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the cybersecurity team to safeguard enterprise IT and ICS environments.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program aligned with NIST CSF.
  • Oversee enterprise risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber risks.
  • Drive incident response readiness, execution, and root cause analysis.
  • Implement cybersecurity policies, governance frameworks, and secure software development practices.
  • Collaborate with technology, legal, compliance, and business units to embed security into operations.
  • Conduct third-party risk assessments and ensure vendor compliance with security standards.
  • Deliver clear reporting, dashboards, and metrics to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive strategies.
  • Support cloud security governance and adoption of modern security tools and vendors (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IAM).
