What Your Day Might Look Like: Own Your Accounts: Ensure projects are executed flawlessly when delivered by you or by Product Owners under your watch, providing top-notch value to clients, safeguarding budget and profitability for Satori while identifying growth opportunities. Account Growth: based on your excellent relationship with our clients, understand their needs, discuss new opportunities and contribute in the pre-sales cycle Collaborate Across Teams: Communicate with clients and internal teams to track project status and future needs. Design Delivery Roadmaps: Set success criteria and KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure effective project delivery. Build Strategic relationship with Clients: Be seen as trusted partner by clients, because you are able to address their real needs and communicate risks during delivery of projects, explain technological trade-offs and design a win-win way forward. Lead the Charge: Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and design sessions with a variety of experts. Your Superpowers 🚀: 5+ years in tech, with exposure in delivery of Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or Analytics projects. Proven track record (at least 3 years) as a project manager or product owner in agile environments delivering tech projects, preferably data related. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) coupled with proven delivery experience. Account Management : Experience in managing senior client or internal stakeholder and building relationships beyond day to day delivery of projects. You have identified new opportunities and were able to propose a feasible way forward based on the client's / stakeholder's specific situation. Excellent communication skills in English and Greek. You will stand out if you have: Data Science / Software Engineering or any experience where you have written quality code as part of a team. Project Management certifications (Agile or Waterfall) Extensive experience in Energy and/or Financial Sector.
