REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, or Data Science, with a strong focus on driving business strategy and delivering impactful insights.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, mentoring high-performing analysts and engineers, and fostering talent development.
  • Exceptional analytical and delivery skills, with a track record of translating complex data into strategic decisions and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing change initiatives across the organization.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with advanced data modeling, machine learning, or AI techniques.
  • Experience with Data Mesh principles and Data as a Product frameworks.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau) and a deep understanding of how to leverage them for business impact.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent).
  • STEM background or equivalent practical experience, with a demonstrated record of thought leadership and contributing to the broader data community.
Responsibilities
  • Shape and implement the analytics strategy for Autodoc’s Private Brands, aligning with business strategy and goals, and driving measurable outcomes such as revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the design, development, and lifecycle management of Advanced Analytics & AI solutions and data governance frameworks, ensuring the integrity and relevance of business metrics.
  • Deliver strategic and operational insights, providing focused advisory for key projects and business leaders.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Define, develop, and govern Autodoc’s Private Brands KPI framework, ensuring the consistency and reliability of key business metrics.
  • Champion the adoption of self-service analytics capabilities across Autodoc, ensuring effective identification of power users, training, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership and key stakeholders to influence business strategy, promote analytics adoption, and lead change management initiatives.
