Lead complex projects related to the administration of legal entities and corporate structures. Resolve complex problems by applying functional expertise and understanding current business trends. Develop methods and procedures for new assignments to improve global processes. Provide valuable insights on corporate governance and compliance to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on entity management strategies. Reporting Framework Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive Reporting Framework for PPEU that ensures that the Bank is able to demonstrate compliance with regulatory obligations and alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Ensure appropriate implementation of data management related governance structures, ensuring proper ownership, accountability, and effective control measures. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to produce accurate and timely reports for various stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies as needed. Collaborate with relevant IT and data management teams to enhance data quality, integrity, and accessibility. Recommend refinements to internal processes to address gaps and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all reporting and operational activities. Implement processes to monitor data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and reliability across operational and financial reporting pipelines. Facilitate clear, consistent, and effective communication channels between senior management teams and technical units, including Compliance, Risk, IT, InfoSec, Internal Audit and Global Data Governance teams, amongst others, ensuring all parties are engaged and aligned. Prepare comprehensive status reports and presentations tailored for senior leadership and other key stakeholders to provide insight into program progress, challenges, and next steps. Work alongside the Global Regulatory Relations (GRR), Government Relations (GR) and Regulatory Compliance teams to cultivate and manage strong working relationships with regulatory authorities, maintaining open lines of dialogue and fostering trust to support smooth regulatory interactions. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. The role will also require strong awareness and understanding of baseline requirements on data management from European-level bodies like the European Banking Authority (EBA), the European Commission, and the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS). The Reporting and Operations Senior Manager will be required to oversee the Data Management and Reporting Team and foster a high-performing culture within the function. Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, ensuring clear objectives, development plans and performance management Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and regulatory excellence across the function. Act as a senior leader in the Operations Team, contributing to broader leadership discussions and cross functional initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in a reporting and operations management role, preferably within the Banking, Payments or broader Financial Services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting software. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading diverse teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong understanding of banking regulations and ECB supervisory framework. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational changes.
