This position is responsible for originating and winning new‑to‑bank Business & Commercial clients for Standard Bank, with a strong focus on structured transactions that drive Net Interest Income (NII) growth. You’ll operate as a trusted subject matter expert, partnering with clients on complex financing needs and providing leveraged acquisition finance (LAF) solutions where required. This is a role for a commercially astute deal‑maker who thrives on building relationships, structuring value‑adding solutions, and shaping sustainable growth.
