POSITION SUMMARY

As the Sr Brand Manager for AXE Personal Care & Dove Men+Care, you will report to the Deodorants category lead, and be instrumental in in leading the growth of the #1 Men’s personal care manufacturer in Canada, helping guys look, smell and feel great. You will also manage our partnership with Canada’s NBA team - the Toronto Raptors!

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • < Experience (+/- 8yrs) in the Marketing function, with a good balance between mix development AND local marketing/operations
  • Knowledge developing and executing Brand Marketing Plans across channels, with a special focus on Digital and Data Driven Marketing
  • Strong Strategic Influence and resilience to align and manage key stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities, workplans and his/her own time
  • Ability to switch from a short-term / operations / execution mindset to a more long-term / strategic mindset
  • Strong Team leadership skills both with direct reports AND with local, regional & global cross-functional teams
  • Strong team development / coaching skills
  • Previous experience in Beauty Personal Care Canada is a plus

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • The delivery of the AXE Personal Care + DMC Deos Canada P&L (top and bottom line target delivery), including BMI management
  • The development and execution of digital-first Brand Marketing Plans with highly engaging content and leveraging data to drive relevance among specific audience segments
  • All local marketing / operations responsibilities, incl. but not limited to S&OP, IAT mgmt., Customer Presentations & Engagements, etc.
  • Shaping and ensuring the timely delivery of the 12 Quarter Activity Roadmap for the brands in Canada, in partnership with the North America brand team
  • Management and coaching of an Associate Brand Manager and an Assistant Brand Manager reporting directly to him/her
  • Responsible for maximizing partnership with NBA + MLSE (Toronto Raptors), to step-change growth for Men’s Personal Care portfolio
