EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Working knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Extensive background with observability & development lifecycle tools
• Familiarity with application networking and service frameworks
• Vendor relationship and budget management

The Senior Engineering Manager for Developer Tooling will lead a team of engineers focused on improving the development experience and productivity of engineering at Scribd. In this role, you will lead efforts supporting a broad set of engineers working across multiple platforms & technologies and all of our three product brands. In this role, you will have an opportunity to have a significant impact on all of Scribd Engineering (150+ developers).
