The Senior Manager - Development Design & Engineering at JASARA PMC will lead the design and engineering efforts for our diverse development projects, ensuring that all designs are innovative, sustainable, and aligned with project objectives. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality outputs that meet client needs and regulatory standards. Your role will include overseeing the development and implementation of engineering design strategies, fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. By leveraging your expertise, you will drive excellence in design practices and contribute to the successful delivery of JASARA's ambitious projects. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in project management, leading complex design projects . from initiation to completion within construction environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively controlling design, scope, schedule, budget, and resources using appropriate digital tools. Proven ability to Research & Develop innovative solutions. Proven ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary team Proactive and delivery-focused, with a strong ability to align stakeholders around a common vision. Skilled in mentorship and coaching to support the professional growth of junior colleagues. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in enterprise-level management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex, or equivalent. Experienced in managing teams delivering results in a collaborative, cross-departmental environment. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
