Position Description Summary The Senior Manager, Development Platform provides operational and technical support for clinical platform implementation and ongoing performance monitoring, ensuring effective delivery and end-user engagement. Main Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day platform delivery activities for assigned clinical studies or functions. Support system configuration, testing, and deployment in collaboration with IT and business partners. Assist in documenting platform requirements and process improvements. Track issues, enhancements, and end-user feedback to inform optimization efforts. Contribute to vendor coordination and operational alignment for external partners. Qualifications and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in clinical operations or digital systems support. Familiarity with clinical trial systems and operational workflows. Detail-oriented, strong team collaborator with a problem-solving mindset.
