Description
Use analytics, performance data, and social listening to set performance benchmarks, refine strategies, and optimize content cadence and channel mix. Lead channel planning for campaigns and priority moments, ensuring alignment to audience insights and marketing objectives. Lead always-on channel planning for continuous delivery of key messages. Deliver regular reporting and insights on channel performance, audience engagement, and campaign impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with Public Affairs teams, program stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution across channels and that content meets channel goals. Own paid boosting strategy to grow accounts, increase engagement, and drive messaging frequency. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. 2+ years' experience using analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics) to conduct analysis, develop recommendations and inform strategy. 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, channel management, or marketing communications OR equivalent experience. Experience developing and executing multi-channel digital strategies across web and social platforms. Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and publishing workflows. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multi-functional internal and external teams and varying levels of experience. Experience in public affairs, policy communications, or advocacy environments. Knowledge of accessibility standards, SEO, and digital UX best practices. Experience managing executive social media programs or high-profile accounts.
